Maryland Heights

Adult Basketball Leagues

(Ages 18+) Maryland Heights Parks and Recreation offers adult recreation, intermediate, and competitive basketball leagues to the metro area. Those interested in participating can sign up to captain a full team (10 roster spots), or can sign up individually and will be placed on a team of individuals of similar skill level. Leagues consist of six regular season games and a single elimination playoff (every team makes the playoffs). All games are officiated by MSHSAA refs.

If a league is currently filled, please add your team to the waitlist! If we are able to add additional games to accommodate more teams, or if a current team drops, we will go to the waitlist to fill spots.

Basketball League rules can be read here.
